Carminda (Mindy) Valente Fernandes serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Agile Cybersecurity Solutions (ACS), a leader in Cybersecurity services and solutions. With more than 14 years of experience in corporate finance, strategic planning, and operational leadership, Mindy oversees the company’s financial strategy, capital management, and long‑term growth initiatives.
Before co-founding ACS, Mindy held senior finance roles in the healthcare sectors, where she led high‑impact transformations, optimized financial performance, and supported scalable expansion. Known for her data‑driven approach and a strong command of risk management, Mindy plays a key role in aligning financial discipline with the company’s mission to protect organizations from evolving cyber threats.
Mindy holds an undergraduate degree in business administration from Briarcliffe College and is recognized for building high‑performing teams, strengthening financial infrastructure, and driving sustainable value creation.

Robert J. Gudz, PE, serves as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Growth Officer of Agile Cybersecurity Solutions (ACS), where he leads enterprise operations, federal market strategy, and scalable growth initiatives across the national security sector. He focuses on aligning operational excellence with mission-driven cybersecurity solutions that support federal agencies, defense contractors, and critical infrastructure organizations.
Robert brings more than two decades of experience supporting U.S. government clients in complex, high-consequence environments. Prior to joining ACS, he held senior executive roles within national engineering and consulting firms, leading federal growth strategy, major program pursuits, and multidisciplinary teams serving the Department of Defense and other federal agencies. His work has included operating in high-threat and austere environments, where disciplined execution and risk mitigation were critical to mission success. This background in infrastructure, risk management, and regulatory environments informs his strategic approach to cyber resilience and compliance.
Robert began his career as a U.S. Army Combat Engineer Officer, where he developed the leadership principles that continue to guide his work: disciplined execution, accountability, and decisive action in dynamic environments.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Virginia Military Institute and is a Registered Professional Engineer (PE) in Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia. He remains active in professional and veteran leadership networks supporting the federal contracting and national security community.

Christopher R. Perry is the Chief Technology Officer and Lead vCISO at Agile Cybersecurity Solutions (ACS), where he drives the strategic vision, technical innovation, and security maturity of a rapidly growing Cybersecurity organization. With a career spanning both military service and private‑sector leadership, he brings a rare blend of operational discipline, mission‑focused execution, and deep technical expertise to every engagement.
Before entering the commercial cybersecurity arena, Christopher attended the United States Naval Academy and served in the US Navy, specializing in cyber operations and secure communications. His military background instilled a rigorous approach to risk management, threat intelligence, and incident response—principles that continue to shape his leadership style today.
In the private sector, he has led high‑impact security programs across diverse industries, guiding organizations through complex regulatory landscapes and evolving threat environments. As a vCISO, he partners closely with executive teams and boards to build resilient security strategies aligned with business objectives. As CTO, he oversees technology architecture, product direction, and the development of advanced defensive capabilities.

Suzanne Nikolaus serves as the Facility Security Officer (FSO) at Agile Cybersecurity Solutions. With more than a decade of experience in industrial security and compliance, Suzanne oversees all aspects of the company’s security program, including personnel clearances, classified information protection, and adherence to federal regulatory standards such as NISPOM and DFARS.
Known for a meticulous approach and a strong partnership mindset, Suzanne works closely with executive leadership, government customers, and internal engineering teams to ensure secure operations that support the company’s mission. Before joining ACS, Suzanne held security management roles within the defense contracting sector, where she developed a reputation for building resilient security frameworks and fostering a culture of vigilance.
Suzanne holds multiple industry certifications and is committed to continuous improvement in security practices, training, and risk mitigation. Her leadership plays a key role in enabling the company to deliver trusted cybersecurity solutions to both commercial and government clients.
